We are pleased to announce that following a successful application under the Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation Scheme, our Ashley Bradley has been appointed as an Accredited Legal Representative by the Law Society.
The Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for practitioners who offer advice on health and welfare matters in Court of Protection proceedings. Practitioners with expertise and experience in mental capacity work are able to apply for this accreditation, to enable them to represent vulnerable individuals who lack capacity and their families in Court of Protection matters.
This is a very exciting development in Ashley’s career and demonstrates the high level of professionalism that Ashley always brings to her work. As an Accredited Legal Representative Ashley will continue to represent our clients’ best interests and ensure our clients’ effective participation in Court of Protection proceedings.
