MJC is thrilled to announce the addition of Rebecca Keating and Molly Smallwood to the Nottingham Office.
Rebecca has joined MJC Law as a Court of Protection Solicitor. Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in a regional firm, training in private and public Family Law and Court of Protection. Since qualifying in 2021, Rebecca has worked in Court of Protection and Child Care Law, where she has represented parents in emotionally challenging and complex situations.
Molly has joined MJC Law as a Court of Protection Paralegal. Molly studied Law at the University of Nottingham, where she developed a strong interest in mental health and mental capacity law. This led to Molly starting her career in Court of Protection and she aspires to qualify as a solicitor in this area.
Both Rebecca and Molly are committed to pursuing and developing their careers in Court of Protection and advocating for vulnerable individuals in our communities.
