Molly is a paralegal specialising in Court of Protection work at MJC’s Nottingham office. In 2024, Molly graduated with a Law degree from the University of Nottingham, where she developed a strong interest around mental health and mental capacity law.
Before joining MJC, Molly worked in a legal aid firm, assisting with cases involving mental capacity, best interests’ decisions, and proceedings under the Mental Capacity Act. This experience deepened her commitment to pursuing a career in Court of Protection and advocating for vulnerable individuals.
Outside of work, Molly is the Education and Careers Representative on the Nottingham Junior Lawyers Division Committee for 2026. She is also studying for the SQE2 and hopes to quality as a solicitor specialising in this area of law.
Molly joined MJC Law in August 2025 and primarily assists Lauren Castle.
