Rosie Banks successfully becomes an Accredited Legal Representative

We are pleased to announce that following a successful application under the Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation Scheme, our Rosie Banks has been appointed as an Accredited Legal Representative by the Law Society.

The Mental Capacity (Welfare) Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for practitioners who officer advice on health and welfare matters in Court of Protection proceedings. Practitioners with expertise and experience in mental capacity work are able to apply for this accreditation. This allows them to represent vulnerable individuals who lack capacity and their families in Court of Protection matters.

We are very proud of Rosie for her excellent achievement. This demonstrates the high level of professionalism that Rosie always brings to her work. As an Accredited Legal Representative, Rosie will continue to represent our clients’ best interests and ensure their effective participation in Court of Protection proceedings.
