We are delighted to announce that on 01 April 2024, Rosie Banks became the first Senior Associate Solicitor at MJC Law.
Rosie joined the firm in August 2022 as an Associate Solicitor based from our Nottingham office. Throughout her career at MJC Law and her previous employment, Rosie has established a high level of expertise in Court of Protection welfare and community care matters and is a valued member of MJC Law team.
This promotion is a significant step in Rosie’s career, and we are confident that Rosie will excel in her new role as a Senior Associate Solicitor.

Rosie is also an Accredited Legal Representative (ALR) and accepts instructions from individuals, family members, advocates, RPRs and professional deputies, as well as other interested parties.
