New starter – Martin Copeland joins MJC Law

MJC Law is pleased to announce that Martin Copeland has joined MJC Law in our Nottingham Office.

Martin joins MJC Law as a mental health law solicitor.  Martin has practiced mental health law since 2006 and in 2008 he achieved the Law Society mental health accreditation panel membership status which enables him to represent patients at mental health tribunals.

Martin has a wealth of experience in representing clients subject to all sections of the Mental Health Act 1983 and is dedicated to supporting his clients to achieve their desired outcome.

Alison Ward, Solicitor and Salaried Director, says “I am delighted to be able to work with Martin again. Martin is a very experienced advocate before the First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health) and his addition to the firm means that we are now able to advise and assist more patients detained under the Mental Health Act.

Martin is an asset to our firm, and we are overjoyed that Martin will continue his practice with us.
