Lyndall Nicoll specialises in Mental Health Law and Court of Protection personal welfare cases. Lyndall studied Social Anthropology and International Relations at St Andrews University before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Couse at the College of Law in York.

Lyndall represents clients before the Mental Health Tribunal and at hospital managers hearings. She provides advice and support for clients subject to the Mental Heath Act both in hospital and in the community. She has been practicing in the Court of protection since 2018.
